Ahead of each Victorian Budget in May, the Council to Homeless Persons releases our State Budget Submission outlining the priority investments the Victorian Government should make to ensure that homelessness becomes rare, brief, and non-recurring.

As you may be aware, CHP has conducted extensive workshops across regional Victoria, which have informed our approach to ending homelessness in regional areas.
